Kroll⽇本⽀社のお客様は国内外の上場企業、⾦融機関、投資ファンド、政府系機関などです。M&A関連や有事対応という仕事柄、経営企画部⾨や投資部⾨、リスク管理部⾨との接点が多くあります。HUMINTの⼒で⽇系企業をリスクから守ることが⽇本⽀社のパーパスです。
【業務内容】
当社の強みである公開されていない情報を取得して分析する各種プロジェクト獲得に向けて、セールス全般を担います。少⼈数のファームなので、⼤きな裁量があります。既存クライアントへのアップセル・クロスセル、休眠先掘り起こしから、新規クライアント獲得に向けたプロモーションなども担当頂きます。受注獲得後は、プロジェクトの納品に携わることもあります。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engaging with the client throughout all aspects of the business intelligence and investigatory, and risk management projectsDeveloping the methodology and defining the scope of work, demonstrating an understanding of the client’s needsDirecting and managing in-house and external resources, drawing on your own resourcefulness and creativityAnalysis and assessment of information received from all sources for the projectReporting in person to the client, providing follow up where necessaryEnsuring the integrity of the project from start to finishManagement of client accounts and follow up on paymentsClient development and interactionIdentifying and targeting client groups and developing a convincing and credible pitch to develop Kroll’s client base across the regionIdentifying, targeting and recruiting new human assets across the region and being lateral and creative in finding new sourcesREQUIREMENTS:
Have a deep understanding of Japanese political, economic, security and business issues and fluency in Japanese7-10 years’ experience, which could be in a number of disciplines - government, business journalism, finance, law, strategy consulting, risk management consulting, investigations and NGO work are all relevantAn imaginative and creative thinker with excellent communication skillsA team player able to work to tight deadlines often balancing a significant and varied caseloadAble to demonstrate excellent judgment, be commercially focused and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the Kroll brandThe position may require a significant travel commitment across the region.
