We are currently seeking a **Vice President dedicated to our Internal Medicine and Dermatology division** to join our growing leadership team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role reporting to the President of IQVIA Biotech, responsible for global clinical project delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide executive leadership for global clinical project management teams, ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio of biotech programs.
+ Drive operational performance, financial accountability (including EBITDA and EAC index management), and continuous improvement across the delivery unit.
+ Lead strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals, including resource planning, talent development, and process optimization.
+ Serve as a key liaison with biotech clients, including C-level stakeholders, to ensure alignment with evolving customer strategies and expectations.
+ Oversee risk identification and mitigation strategies across the portfolio, ensuring proactive issue resolution and quality outcomes.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, regulatory, and therapeutic strategy teams to support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
+ Represent IQVIA Biotech in governance meetings and strategic planning forums, contributing to the evolution of our delivery model and service offerings.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
+ 15+ years of clinical research experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles with global or multi-regional oversight.
+ Proven track record of managing large-scale clinical portfolios and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
+ Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, forecasting, and operational planning.
+ Deep understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience working with biotech sponsors and a passion for innovation in clinical development.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Prior P&L ownership or general management experience.
+ Background in mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning.
+ Familiarity with emerging biotech, medical devices, or digital therapeutics.
+ Prior CRO leadership experience.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $214,800.00 - $399,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
