Vice President, Human Resources, Flow Control Division

Flowserve is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources for our Flow Control Division. This strategic HR leader will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions and driving transformative initiatives to support our growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational and HR Transformation/Modeling: Lead and drive HR operational and transformation initiatives to optimize HR functions and processes.

Talent Management: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning in partnership with our Talent Management team.

High-Potential Development: Identify high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans and programs to nurture their leadership skills.

Recruitment Planning: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps, define necessary profiles, and plan recruitment strategies, including resourcing ratios in partnership with the TA team.

Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration across the organization.

M&A/Divestitures/JVs: Manage HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations.

Footprint Projects: Oversee HR's role in organizational footprint projects and initiatives.

Functional AOP: Develop and manage the annual operating plan (AOP) for the HR function within FCD.

People Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the HR team, encouraging professional growth and high performance.

Project Management: Lead HR-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.

HR Operational Metrics: Utilize HR metrics to monitor and improve HR performance and effectiveness.

IGNITE Program: Support and drive our early career development program to foster innovation and continuous improvement within HR and across the organization.

Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future organizational needs.

Inclusion: Champion inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

HR Systems and Solutions: Support the implementation of HR system solutions and change management initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and metrics to make informed HR decisions and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

HR Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

HR Communications: Ensure clear and effective communication within the HR team and across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization.

Direct experience as an HR Business Partner, directly supporting VPGMs and a Division/Segment President

Strong expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and employee engagement.

Demonstrated ability to manage HR aspects of M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficient in HR metrics and data-driven decision making.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\

Must be able to be in the office in Irving, TX 3 - 4 times per week.
