Vice President, General Manager ADI EMEA

The ADI VPGM of EMEA is responsible for the overall leadership of the European business, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer based in the US. Our EMEA (International) head quarters is based near Manchester, and the role is United Kingdom based with extensive travel expectations across Europe.

The VPGM has full P&L responsibilities for the region and is responsible for delivering Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income, CFFO aligned with annual budget commitments.  This includes direct oversight of the sales team while working effectively in a matrixed environment with all functional areas: business development, operations, marketing, e-commerce, finance and human resources.  

This role comes with high expectations to lead and drive this growth and expansion, both organically and through the development of new capabilities and acquisitions. What you get to do:

Own the overall European P&L to include achieving the annual budget: Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income, CFFO. Develop and execute strong partnerships between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other functions in the organization to leverage full scope of organizational capabilities to ultimately deliver outstanding service to all stakeholders Understand how market dynamics and industry trends may affect business needs and align business objectives to leverage these dynamics/trends Inspire the team to leverage all aspects of established/new commercial effectiveness programs to ensure desired results in a competitive marketplace. Lead cross functional teams of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR with responsibility of developing and delivering growth strategies and managing the success of the business. Attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization through effective performance management, development planning and succession management. Lead continuous improvement efforts while ensuring alignment and consistency with functional leaders through a robust business management framework. Lead growth initiatives; develop business plans, team member and customer value propositions to support new business opportunities. Lead change across the region to ensure commercial effectiveness is aligned with the season of the business.

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

Strong business management framework experience. Demonstrated Leader of commercial effectiveness Needs to have led Sales/Revenue generation  Be able to articulate the strategy/approach required to be successful Ability to thrive in any "season of the business" Strong capabilities of full P&L ownership. Truly own the results for: Rev, OI (OM, EBITDA), CFFO Understand and articulate how to impact each of the metrics above Successful collaborative approach to leverage attributes of functionalized model Transformative accomplishments - Led business or area of responsibility through significant change – successfully Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to exhibit a "One Team" approach

We Value:
