It monitors how the Global Businesses and Functions manage their responsibilities with regard to complying with the regulations and helps resolve compliance deficiencies.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Financial Crime Investigations (Quality Assurance).
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Perform quality assurance review on Financial Crime Investigations (FCI) investigation cases in accordance with the relevant HSBC AML / FCI policies and department procedures within established timeframes Produce reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics according to the Quality Assurance (QA) requirements and proceduresMaintain knowledge of regulations applicable to the business, as well as pertinent internal or regulatory policy and procedural changesProvide insight into quality gaps discovered as part of the quality assurance process and ensure these gaps are communicated to the managers of the TeamAnalyse information gathered to develop recommendations for improvement and changes in current procedures or policiesProvide leadership and guidance to the QA team and work closely with counterparts in Asia Pacific and the local FCI family
