**Overview**
We’re looking for an Analytics Leader to sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and business growth. This role is responsible for delivering smart, actionable insights across paid and owned media channels, informing audience segmentation, performance optimization, and measurement frameworks across the full customer lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with strategy, media, CRM, and new business teams to develop insight-driven narratives and frameworks that shape client solutions and agency growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part data analyst—with a strong POV on how to connect customer behaviors to channel outcomes in both acquisition and retention environments.
**Responsibilities**
**Analytics & Customer Insights**
+ Develop and optimize segmentation schemas for both CRM and paid media activation (e.g., RFM, LTV tiers, lookalikes, intent-based cohorts)
+ Partner with strategists and media teams to connect audience signals to targeting, creative personalization, and channel selection
+ Advise on how to best utilize existing data and identity data and signal capture opportunities to enhance modeling and segmentation strategies
**Measurement Leadership:**
+ Design multi-touch measurement frameworks aligned to business objectives (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention, CLV, incrementality)
+ Partner with media and CRM teams to implement attribution models, holdout tests, and lift studies
+ Create scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to deliver clear, audience-specific performance insights across touchpoints
+ Recommend KPI structures that integrate both engagement (open, click, impressions, views) and outcome-based metrics (sales, revenue, conversion rate)
**New Business & Strategic Solutioning**
+ Contribute to new business efforts by developing audience POVs, use case models, and measurement strategies that differentiate the agency
+ Partner with strategy and solutions leads to shape CRM and data-driven marketing proposals
+ Build scalable insight templates, personas, and frameworks for re-use in pitches and RFPs
**Data Strategy & Infrastructure Support**
+ Collaborate with data engineers, martech leads, and CDP/CRM owners to ensure data pipelines and tools support audience analysis needs
+ Recommend data sources and enrichment strategies to improve segmentation and personalization
+ Ensure analytics methodologies are aligned across platforms (e.g., paid media dashboards, ESP metrics, CDP audiences)
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle analytics, or digital audience strategy
+ Deep knowledge of both **paid media platforms** (Meta, Google, DSPs) and **owned/CRM environments** (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, etc.)
+ Proven ability to translate data into actionable customer insights and strategic direction
+ Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and analytical tools (SQL, Python, or R a plus)
+ Strong communicator who can tailor insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Experience supporting new business, pitch strategy, or consultative solution development preferred

Compensation Range: $163,210 to $234,570. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
