Vice President, Customer Engagement

As Vice President of Customer Marketing at Oracle, you will lead the global strategy to deepen relationships with our customer base, drive product adoption across the entire product portfolio, and turn satisfied customers into strategic advocates. This is a critical leadership role that sits at the nexus of product, marketing, customer success, and sales—focused on maximizing customer lifetime value and fueling growth through loyalty and advocacy.

You will be responsible for developing and scaling programs that support every stage of the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to expansion and renewal—across Oracle’s diverse portfolio of cloud solutions.
