Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange. **Overview** We’re looking for a strategic leader CRM Strategy to play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding CRM engagements across existing and prospective clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer strategy, data-driven marketing, and consultative selling. You’ll serve as the CRM thought leader in pursuit teams—shaping winning strategies, crafting compelling pitches, and identifying opportunities where CRM can unlock customer value and drive measurable impact. Beyond pitching, you’ll guide strategic CRM engagements and support client growth through insight-led, lifecycle-focused solutions. **Responsibilities** •Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking CRM strategies that supports business goals while enhancing customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value. •New Business: Lead CRM strategy workstreams in new business pursuits and RFP responses. Craft persuasive, insights-backed proposals and presentations that align to client needs •Thought Leader: Serve as a CRM advisor - guiding long-term strategic engagements post-pitch. Evangelize CRM internally and within clients, to inspire and embed CRM best practices throughout the organization •Data & Insights: Utilize historical business results and customer data to gain insights into customer behaviors and preferences, translating these insights into actionable strategies and personalized experiences. Partner with data teams to develop a strategy that maximizes the use of data and make strategic recommendations for data enrichment, utilization and acquisition opportunities. •Platform Knowledge: Lead Use Case development for how to maximize the use of CRM platforms (as CDP, Activation, Measurement etc.) •Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, business development, media, creative, tech and analytics, to ensure CRM strategies are integrated across all customer touchpoints. •Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in CRM and customer experience management to continuously improve and innovate the company's CRM practices. **Qualifications** •Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM strategy and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. •Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. •Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, mParticle, Braze, Adobe, Zeta etc.) and analytics tools. •Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and strategies. •Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams. •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. •Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. •Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to: •Effectively articulate complex concepts, in a concise way to diverse stakeholders. •Craft a story from disparate inputs **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
