We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, CRM and Analytics.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop and deploy analytical solutions across a variety of use cases for retail customers, including but not limited to customer acquisition, customer retention, product development, pricing decisions and other business needs within iWPB SingaporeManage and own the entire end-to-end lifecycle of building and validating predictive models along with their governance, deployment, and maintenanceInterface with business global analytics teams across the bank to formulate solutions product changes as informed by data insights from analytical modelsWork independently or in a team to solve complex problem statementsIdentify and evaluate new development opportunities within existing datasets, uncovering hidden patterns and potential use casesBuild and implement AI Use Cases (Generative and Traditional AI) with a strong focus on customer benefits and the business impact to be achieved
