Job DescriptionThe Vice President, Client Management is responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction across a complex portfolio of high-value client relationships, primarily Tier 1 Banking Institutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders—aligning their business objectives with Curinos’ data, technology, and advisory solutions.
This is a top-down, consultative role operating in a subscription data environment where success depends on executive engagement, strategic delivery, and value-based selling. Responsibilities include:
Owns the client relationship lifecycle, with accountability for portfolio performance, client satisfaction, and strategic growthBuilds and maintains executive-level relationships (CFO, CEO, Treasurer, Head of Retail, Digital, or Client Experience)Develops and executes strategic account plans aligned to annual sales targets in partnership with Sales Specialists and business leadsDrives contract strategy, renewals, upsells, and commercial negotiations to maximize valueUnderstands client challenges and goals; aligns Curinos solutions to deliver measurable impactMaintains deep understanding of Curinos’ product suite, industry trends, and performance metrics to support strategic conversationsChampions CRM usage to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and scalable account managementMonitors client satisfaction, resolves issues, and escalates risks when needed with professionalism and urgencyExpands client relationships across the enterprise to uncover new opportunities and deepen influenceSupports strategic project execution and brings forward insights that inform client strategyContributes to internal process improvement, team collaboration, and cultural excellenceMaintains clean pipeline hygiene and leverages data to inform strategy and account decisionsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years in financial services or consulting, with success managing complex relationships with Tier 1 and mid-market financial institutionsDemonstrated ability to lead client engagements and deliver consultative, data-driven solutionsProven sales and renewal performance with experience achieving $4M+ in new annual revenueStrong executive presence and communication skills, with confidence in C-level settingsExperience negotiating complex contracts and navigating multi-stakeholder environmentsStrategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills requiredStrong business acumen with working knowledge of financial trends and competitive dynamicsProficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SalesforceAbility to travel up to 50%A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $140,000 - $150,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance. The expected Total Compensation Range is upwards of $200,000 and will depend on individual experience and performance in this role.
