What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Director, Business Risk – Fraud, Operational and Cyber Risk, the employee will be responsible for Risk Management activities across various risk domains including Operational, Fraud and Cyber Risks. Working closely with partners in the RBC Clear Products/Channels team and BCS, this role will support the Director, in identifying risks and associated controls to mitigate the risks and support the continued growth of the RBC Clear business.
What will you do?
Identify opportunities to rationalize Risk Management practices across Risk Domains through enhanced alignment and collaboration across key deliverables including Risk Assessments and Risk Register development and reviews.Partner with key stakeholders in the Business to drive streamlined business processes and reduce risk exposure through the automation of existing manual processes.Support the Director and VP, Operational Risk in developing and implementing enhanced Risk Assessment practices inline with Enterprise standards.Analyze data and trends, both internal and external, to proactively identify emerging risks.What do you need to succeed?
