Role Overview Primarily responsible for driving the growth plans for Philippines and the global standards within Delivering Aon United (DAU). Models “one-firm” mindset at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to solidifying relationships to secure existing business with identified clients and, where applicable, growing the business through the sale of additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs. Key Responsibilities: Growth and Business Results + Leads the Philippines growth plans, with a focus on Health Solutions and Marketing. + Growth of New (primary focus) and existing clients, cross-Solution Line synergies and named strategies, working with regional management and Solution Line leadership teams to drive growth plan execution. + Champions the DAU client value model and global standards to facilitate DAU becoming BAU, with relevant understanding of client segmentation. + Partners with country and regional leadership teams to support new client acquisition through DAU and drive profitable growth of clients. + Manages a process to ensure the country’s growth plan is executed and prioritizes growth opportunities for clients and prospects that address both market opportunities and unmet client needs. + Responsible to develop country plans, budgets, and targets for in-year and multi-year new business performance. + Responsible to deliver quarterly Growth & Delivering Aon United (DAU) reviews for Philippines, inputs to the annual growth planning cycle within region, leveraging best practice to deploy in region. + Ensure the Aon sales process is applied consistently, including accurate pipeline management, monthly forecasting, and all sales activity management as required by the region. + Partners with Growth Operations and Head of Growth and Delivering Aon United (DAU) to identify and assess market opportunities and champions Aon Connect in-country across Health Solutions. + Partners with Marketing to develop and understand regional and globally aligned client needs to drive marketing and sales in Philippines adapting to the local market as needed, ensuring activity is prioritized according to agreed revenue generating opportunities and quality standards. Skills that would lead to success: + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Business, Economics, Human Resource, or any other medical science related course. + Minimum 20 years experience in Business Development, Marketing, relevant consulting experience in the industry. + Excellent business development and client management skills. + Strong written and oral communication skills, plus attention to detail. + Fluency in spoken and written English essential. + Excellent presentation skills. + Strong analytical and organizational skills. + Proven exceptional client management and stakeholder management skills. + Supports Aon brand building activities by developing and delivering thought leadership in the market + Demonstrated Leadership qualities (team focused, provides direction, gives feedback, acts in the company’s best interests, ethical) + Ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, demand-based environment, requiring flexibility and responsiveness to client matters and needs. + Exceptional work ethic; high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. + A high level of professionalism in all areas of performance.
