**Job Description:**
Join our portfolio management team as a Technical Service Delivery Manager, supporting the execution and oversight of key projects across 12 markets in the APAC region.
With 5+ years of experience, you will assist in managing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and facilitating the successful delivery of projects within the Network Services division. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and working closely with senior project managers and global teams.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic IT team working to improve and secure the bank's network infrastructure. Your role will include:
+ Collaborative Environment: Working with IT professionals, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the bank’s requirements

+ Resource Coordination: Assisting in the efficient use of resources and optimal allocation to various project tasks
+ Dynamic Work: Office-based and availability for after-hours work during critical project phases including some weekend hours
**Responsibilities:**
**Project Coordination**
- Planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Development of project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
**Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
**Financial Management**
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
- Participate in financial forecasting and reporting, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Support the management of project costs and financial documentation.
**Risk and Issue Management**
- Identify potential project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address project risks and issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the implementation of risk management plans and contingency measures.
**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance project management skills.
**Skills:**
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Experience in portfolio management or within the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Proven knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in working with Jira
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholders management skill with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, and address issues proactively and find effective solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Experience working in collaborative environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate with colleagues across different time zones with a flexible approach to working hours (ability to work varied hours) to successfully interact and communicate on a global level.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
+ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and basic network security protocols.
