Acelero Learning is seeking a dynamic Vice President to spearhead the opening and oversight of a new delegate within our growing Acelero Learning network, located in the Northeast Region, with priority interest in candidates from the Tri-State area. This includes: + Establishing all aspects of program operations, staffing, and systems from the ground up + Leading a growing team expected to exceed 150 staff and serve over 400 children + Ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Head Start Performance Standards + Building and nurturing strong relationships with local, state, and regional stakeholders + Driving performance, innovation, and impact while creating a culture of excellence + Collaborating with cross-functional support teams across the Acelero Learning network What You Bring: + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or related field) + At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organization + Experience with Head Start or similar family-centered programming is strongly preferred + Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling programs + Strong background in compliance, staff leadership, and operational execution + Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams When/Where/How Much: + When: Expected start in Fall 2025 + Where: Based in the Northeast Region, with priority interest in candidates from the Tri-state area. This is an on-site position.
