VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center is excited to expand our team and is currently seeking a Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)!

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.VCA offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and professional development of its associates.
