VCA Animal Specialty Group (ASG) is an emergency and specialty referral hospital. We focus specialty services, emergencies, and hospitalization of stable and critically ill patients. We are adjacent to Griffith Park and the Los Angeles Zoo.

We are looking for a candidate that has at least one year of veterinary customer service experience as a CSR or DA.

Pay range: $21.5-$27

Shifts: 10 hours/4 days per week

Requirements for the position:

Communicate with clients (greet and check-in clients, answer phones, present estimates, etc.)Schedule and confirm appointmentsProcess payment transactionsObtain records from referring Primary Care VeterinariansSend and receive phone calls, texts and emailsMaintain hospital cleaniness, including the lobby, exam rooms, restrooms, pharmacy, breakroom, etc.Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondenceEnsure clients are having an overall excellent experience
