What You’ll Do:

As a Client Service Representative, you're the first face clients see—and the voice they hear—when they walk in or call. You’ll help create a smooth, welcoming experience for pets and their people. No two days are the same, and that’s part of the fun.

You’ll be:

Supporting our medical team behind the scenes

Explaining services and handling payments

Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and stress-free for pets

Educating pet owners on things like flea prevention, heartworm care, and wellness plans

Why You’ll Love It Here:

We’ve been serving the Pinellas County community since 1997 and take pride in combining high-quality veterinary care with a laid-back, team-focused culture.

Benefits You Actually Want:

Medical, dental & vision coverage

Paid vacation, holidays & parental leave

401(k) with matching contributions

Big-time pet care discounts

Free mental health support

Career development & tuition assistance

Scholarship opportunities (for vet tech school & more!)

Opportunities to give back to local shelters

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service (retail, food service, vet clinic, etc.) is a plus—but not required

You’re outgoing, reliable, and ready to be part of a tight-knit team

Strong multitasker with great communication skills

Comfortable around animals and passionate about their care

Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays

Sound Like You?
