Calder Vets are recruiting for an experienced and friendly Client Care Advisor to join their supportive team at their practice in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

In this position you have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of Client Care Administrators and the nursing team to ensure outstanding customer service to our clients.

In this role you have the opportunity to work towards Calder Vets environment accreditation. At Calder Vets, we are proud to have achieved the Investors in Environment (iiE) Bronze Accreditation. 

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The purpose of this position is to serve as a member of the reception team providing an excellent service to our clients, visitors, and referring vet practices. This will include

Arranging appointments over the phone and via emailKeeping accurate recordsVarious clerical duties related to patient careHelping to facilitate accurate communications between clients, veterinary surgeons, our nursing teams, and hospital manager. Managing telephone and email enquiriesTaking payment for services and productsManaging cash, stock and client accounts

Our client care advisor’s should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous, and professional always, regardless of a client or visitor’s behaviour. Our client care assistants should make a positive impression, ensuring clients feel confident in our service, and help to set clients at ease if they are worried.
