Location: 2245 3/4 Broadway, Grand Junction, CO 81507
Pay - $17.00-20.00/hr, Depending on experience

Education & Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Formal training (certificate or diploma from a veterinary assistant program) is preferred but not required
Skills & Experience
Restraining and assisting in patient exams and routine procedures.Taking detailed medical histories and patient vitals.Filling prescriptions (as allowed by law).Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.Providing compassionate care for our hospitalized animals.Maintaining medical records.Assisting our wonderful Doctor and Technician staff as needed.Maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment.Soft Skills
Comfort with animals of all sizes and temperaments.Attention to detail and cleanliness.Willingness to do physically demanding or "dirty" tasks (kennel cleaning, lifting, etc.).Strong team player with good communication.Who We Are
