Fairway Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant. We are a high volume, small animal hospital with seven full time veterinarians. The applicant must be available to work 30-40 hours per week with a varying work schedule including two to three Saturdays a month.

Job duties include, but not limited to:
• Assisting Registered Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians with all aspects of animal care 
• Restraint
• Cleaning and stocking throughout the hospital
• Filling Prescriptions
• Walking/ Feeding hospitalized patients

The ideal candidate must love animals! They will be self-motivated, team-focused, have a strong attention to detail, be dependable and not be afraid of hard work. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work with a desire to excel. In addition, a professional appearance and strong communication skills are vital.
