We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Experience helpful but not necessary.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional ‘service extraordinaire’ to join our team. In this position you will be supporting our Doctors by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. 

Duties will include:

Maintaining medical recordsAssist Doctors with patient examinations and invoicingPet restraintObtaining patient historyAnswering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention and flea & tick control)Exam room maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the exam room is neat, clean and well stocked. Customer service functions, including: greeting clients, guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
