Compensation:
In this key support role, you’ll work closely with our Operations Coordinator, Hospital Director, HR Manager, OSHA/DEA Officer, and Inventory Specialist. You'll be a vital part of ensuring our hospital functions efficiently behind the scenes—helping both our people and our patients.
Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support for hospital operationsMaintain organized filing systems (personnel files, medical records, vendor invoices)Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing new hire paperworkSupport accounts receivable tasks (processing payment plans, client communications, follow-ups)Run errands (bank, post office, office supplies, etc.)Troubleshoot tech issues by coordinating with remote IT supportMonitor and manage forgotten client items (e.g., carriers, prescriptions)Help coordinate staff engagement events and activitiesPerform data entry and miscellaneous office support tasksSupport inventory operations as neededAssist in organizing and returning cremains to clients with care and accuracyIdeal Candidate:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesComfortable juggling multiple priorities and wearing many hatsProficient with basic tech troubleshooting and willing to learn new systemsApproachable, professional, and committed to a supportive team cultureWhat to Expect:A Supportive Environment: Join a team that works like a TEAM.
