**Job Overview:**
Provide emergency and routine medical care to workers on board.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform initial diagnoses and treatments, stabilizing patients until they can be transferred to medical facilities on land, if necessary
+ Implement disease prevention and health promotion programs
+ Monitor and control outbreaks of infectious diseases on board
+ Manage the stock of medicines and medical equipment, ensuring that they are always available and in good condition
+ Keep detailed records of all care and procedures performed
+ Train staff on first aid procedures and use of emergency equipment
+ Conduct educational sessions on occupational health and safety
+ Work with safety engineers, occupational safety technicians and other professionals to ensure a safe work environment
+ Participate in occupational health and safety meetings
+ Ensure that all medical activities comply with regulatory standards, such as NR-30 and NR-37
+ Provide ongoing guidance and training to the Nurse on medical and emergency procedures
+ In emergency situations, the Doctor makes critical decisions and guides the Nurse in carrying out the necessary procedures
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Doctor Degree in Medicine and registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM).
+ Certifications in advanced life support, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
+ Advanced English CBSP and HUET NR 32 and NR 37
+ Minimum experience of 02 years in Emergency Medicine or Intensive Care
**Preferred Qualifications and Education:**
+ Desirable offshore experience
