About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations of several container ships. You’ll work closely with ship crews and shore-based teams to ensure each vessel runs safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety and reliability across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational management of assigned vessels Ensure compliance with all safety and operational requirements Monitor budgets and manage costs effectively Support and guide onboard teams, addressing challenges as they arise What We’re Looking For
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Vessel Manager with container ships Chief Engineer license preferred Strong English communication and leadership skills A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn Our client values a positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth as much as technical skills.
