Vertical Sales Engineer (Electrification and Automation)

You’ll make a difference by: Generating leads in your vertical: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned industry segment. Collaborating for market insights: Working with the local sales team and Siemens Business Units to understand market opportunities. Cultivating key customer relationships: Building and maintaining long-term connections with decision-makers across various departments. Supporting technical consultants: Providing technical and engineering support to electrical consultants. Tracking and updating sales activities: Managing accounts and leads using Siemens' CRM system. Guiding commercial requirements: Communicating customer commercial needs to the internal support team.Your defining qualities: Relevant Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (related work experience also considered). Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply. Proven Sales Track Record (Preferred): Ideally, 2+ years of successful sales experience with End Users, EPCs, and M&E Contractors. Customer Engagement in Early Project Stages: Ability to engage with customers during initial budget and specification discussions. Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients. Confident Presentation Skills: Capable of delivering clear and persuasive sales presentations to various audiences.
