Responsibilities:Load 50 lb bags of ingredients like birdseed and cracked corn into vertical mixersOperate mixing, bagging, and industrial sewing machinesAccurately track batches using both handwritten logs and a simple computer interfaceWork side-by-side with a Spanish-speaking trainer in a tight-knit two-person teamUse a sit-down forklift to palletize and move finished feed (limited forklift work)Keep pace in a hot production environment with minimal supervision 
Basic Hiring Criteria:High school diploma or equivalentPrior industrial mixing and sit-down forklift experienceAble to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracy with batching instructionsComfortable with repetitive work, teamwork, and feedbackCommitted to 2nd shift only — no option to move to 1st shiftSpanish language skills are a plus, but not required
