The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $100,100/year + Bonus
We’re seeking a strategic, agile Vertical Marketing Manager - QSR to lead marketing strategy and activation for fast food restaurants. This role is responsible for building a full-funnel strategy grounded in industry expertise, seasonal relevance, and data-driven storytelling, with a focus on building awareness in the space and delivering a steady stream of qualified leads to sales.
You will identify the most impactful moments, platforms, and topics for engagement—and turn those into marketing programs that generate demand and fuel growth. You’ll partner with sales, consulting, product marketing, B2B marketing and corporate marketing to deliver a cohesive, high-impact experience for prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Programming
+ Develop and own the annual QSR vertical marketing strategy and program calendar
+ Identify and activate around high-impact marketing moments (e.g., seasonal campaigns, trade shows, promotional windows)
+ Define and prioritize “right to win” issues where our data can lead industry conversations
+ Select and manage participation in relevant industry conferences, digital media, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities
+ Using available messaging and materials to drive the production of marketing assets and content to support programming. Create core campaign content when needed—emails, briefs, ads, decks, landing page copy
Sales & Consulting Partnership
+ Collaborate with Sales to align marketing programs with pipeline priorities
+ Use customer feedback and industry knowledge from Consulting to inform programs and content
+ Support sales enablement with narrative tools, tailored decks, and demand-driving insights
Data & Insight-Led Storytelling
+ Leverage Numerator’s proprietary data to create differentiated narratives for demand generation and brand elevation
+ Turn consumer behavior insights into compelling marketing assets
+ Measure campaign and program performance and adjust for continuous improvement
+ 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in vertical or segment ownership roles
+ Experience in the QSR or fast food industry (brand, supplier, or marketing partner)
+ Strong campaign planning and cross-functional coordination skills
+ Ability to write and produce marketing content tailored to specific audiences and use cases
+ Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn data into actionComfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Bonus Points:
+ Experience in market research, insights, data, or SaaS industries
+ Familiarity with Marketo
