As Business Manager, you work with an established Vertical & NBD at Quest Global, enabling sales and delivery organization aligned to the business objectives. You will be the catalyst priming, managing account related activities both inward (within the organization), outward (external activities) focused. In this role you will be working with a global workforce.

Drive effectiveness at a vertical level ensuring all data attributes are aligned with set objectives and expectations, dotted line people management of Business Managers in the VerticalDrive the cadence within the vertical: Set monthly performance rigor amongst with SCP/CP/SBL [leading & guiding BMs] with GBH. Ensure the content for discussion is available. Further establish rhythms like Vertical Council [bi-monthly], Vertical Town Hall [ Quarterly]. Master Power BI dashboard, understand good and bad influencers provide insights to GBH to help drive decisions and outcomes. Also work with the larger organization sharing stories so all learn from it.Champion and drive adherence to Sales Process, including StrAP.Enable GBH to develop and drive Vertical level strategy, framework have it implemented as part of business unit StrAP exercise. All StrAP outputs needs to be managed and monitored to drive outcomes all through the year at vertical levelOversee effective adoption of Salesforce, drive and manage business updates in salesforceEnable leadership on time critical organizational initiatives (leading & guiding BMs).Drive and manage the vertical organization to align and adopt to all critical priorities - cross selling, RHI, Large Deals, Ideas generation. Enable the GBH with relevant timely information/decks.Enable leadership to influence and implement vertical strategies on constant basis. Keep a tab (by leading & guiding BMs) and help the organization alignment, reconsideration of vertical strategies further interfacing with the larger organization. Marketing /Branding Initiatives and Events – drive at vertical/NBD levelEnable front end support initiatives amongst the NBD team - RFX, Approach Notes, Customer presentations, Customer Visits, Knowledge Repository etc.…Analyze monthly vertical P&L, detail the progress and challenges. Objective here is to drive the vertical organization get to defined targets in FY25.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree – RequiredMinimum of 7+ years enterprise-wide experience in Sales roles – Business Analyst, Sales Operation, Sales Enablement, Business Development Executive…..Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially) – RequisiteExposure to Oracle Financial Modules, SDFC etc., Power BI – DesirableRequirements
