The Verification Program Lead works closely with the Zurich-based Verification and Robotics teams and our external vendors to ensure our task management is organized and information is communicated or escalated effectively across the team, and projects meet the requirements and timelines. You will be setting timelines and driving execution toward goals, as well as serving as a go-to source for information about the test plans and status.

 

Qualifications & Skills-

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field-

5+ years of experience in project management for a technical team-

Strong communication skills, verbal and written (German is a plus)-

Experience managing the requirements and timeline for a vendor- [preferred] Experience in hardware development and manufacturing- Strong Python & C++ capability desired

 

Responsibilities:

The Site Project Lead will be responsible for the following activities: -

Create project plans and drive the team toward execution Interface with external stakeholders, intaking requests for the team’s support and managing delivery of services. Interface with external vendors to ensure the requirements, budget and project timeline are met Execution-Completes all responsibilities as scheduled Proactively searches for missing information needed to complete responsibilities Collaborate with teammates on projects, helping to work around issues Communication- Verbal updates in meetings and written updates in chats have sufficient context, a representative summary of team’s activities or the discussion which took place, as well as clear next steps Able to adjust the language, format (e.g. milestones / risks) and technical detail to a cross-functional (and often, cross-time zone) audience Collaboration Proactively identifies and reports on problems, looping in appropriate team members (TPM, EM etc.) to resolve issues Suggests alternatives and digs in to understand where challenges across the team
