Role Overview
The VES (Veralto Enterprise Systems) Leader is responsible to support Esko business objectives, by utilizing VES tools and best practices and developing of the VES culture across the organization. The Veralto Enterprise System is Veralto's Differentiated System of Continuous Improvement and the Culture that makes it work.
You will act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with the Esko leadership team as well as associates from various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and sustain partnership/followership with functional and regional leaders and other VESLs to promote VES initiatives that align with the business goals.
Prioritize and align the Kaizen Funnel with key business initiatives, coaching and guiding teams to achieve our business objectives. Drive sustainment of the kaizens through selecting the right sustainment metrics and coaching the sustainment activities.
Set up and support growth rooms where DM (daily management) is used to drive certain strategic growth objectives
Promote the intentional use of VES Fundamentals ensuring that teams understand the impact on business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement through PSP (problem solving process), DM (Daily Management) and Kaizen work.
Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance VES skills, ensuring teams are equipped to leverage these tools effectively.
Assist leadership in the development of a VES roadmap based on strategic priorities and the VES assessment results.
Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience deploying continuous improvement using lean tools and methodology (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Problem Solving) and/or VES processes, with a focus on fundamentals (Problem Solving Process, Daily Management, Standard Work)
Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Exceptional relationship-building and motivational leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with robust business acumen, capable of providing insights that drive success.
Excellent facilitation and training skills, with experience in leading cross-functional workshops.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
