Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions are ready to launch our Graduate Recruitment Campaign for 2025.

You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations. Join our dynamic team managing state-of-the-art pilot projects featuring advanced membrane technology solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including UF, MBR, NF, RO and Electrodialysis Technologies, while directly engaging with customers and industry experts across Europe.
This role offers exceptional development opportunities, combining technical expertise with project management skills. You'll collaborate with process engineers, commercial teams, and product managers while contributing to innovative water treatment solutions for both municipal and industrial applications.

Day-to-Day Duties:

Learn to coordinate pilot equipment preparation and testingDevelop skills in commissioning and de-commissioning pilot equipmentTrain in providing technical support and troubleshootingLearn to prepare project documentation and workplansGain experience in collecting and evaluating operational dataDevelop expertise in preparing technical reports and presentationsSupport pilot fleet technical enhancement initiativesParticipate in project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Environmental EngineeringFluent in English and Hungarian - other European languages are usefulStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to travel within Europe for short assignmentsPractical approach to problem-solvingProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft toolsValid driving licenceInterest in water treatment technologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management and prioritisation skills
