This role reports to the Venue Operations Manager and sits at the intersection of hospitality and event management—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and has a passion for curating meaningful experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind the coordination of front-of-house operations and high-end tenant events — bringing the energy of the precinct to life every day. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Guest Experience & Concierge Services** + Welcome and assist tenants, clients, and visitors with a high level of warmth and professionalism. + Provide tailored support, including VIP guest management, event guidance, and concierge-style services. + Assist with daily requests such as catering coordination, meeting room services, and building navigation. + Promote engagement with George Place's mobile app and onsite amenities. **Venue & Operational Support** + Ensure lobby and event spaces are presentation-ready, safe, and aligned with brand standards. + Coordinate digital signage, wayfinding, and event communications to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is displayed. + Liaise with building management to log and resolve maintenance, tech or security issues as needed. + Provide ad hoc support for deliveries and building operations during events or activations. + Ongoing support to the venue Operations Manager + Ensuring lobby and meeting spaces are well presented at all times **Event Management** + Coordinate and execute a diverse calendar of events + Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery—from setup to pack-down. + Manage logistics, run sheets, and stakeholder communications for events of all scales. + Support retail and third-party engagement through event partnerships and promotional opportunities. **Who You Are** You’re a natural organiser and people person. Whether you’re overseeing a sleek corporate breakfast or a last-minute VIP arrival—you know how to make things run smoothly and look effortless.
