Delaware North is hiring a full-time Venue and Event Technology Specialist to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Technology Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining documents and creating, responding, and updating help desk tickets and system access requests. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,500 - $72,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Provide IT support for retail and food and beverage point of sale systems, including hardware, software, mobile, and kiosk ordering solutionsMaintain and troubleshoot property management systems, back-office workstations, Citrix applications, and AWS-hosted solutionsSupport network infrastructure, including wireless Internet, satellite, fiber, T1s, VOIP phones, and other communication systemsManage IT tools such as Confluence and ServiceNow while supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, and Kronos time management systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 10, iOS devices, cloud-based applications, and other enterprise technology solutions

More about youAssociate or bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems, including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systemsCertifications in Cisco, CompTIA, ITSM, Microsoft, or PMI
