Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Vendor Support Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate vendor records, supporting system access, and serving as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update vendor and system records, including:
* Ongoing data entry and validation
* Data cleanup and account consolidation
Respond to vendor inquiries via email, providing guidance on:
* System navigation and access
* Multi-factor authentication setup
Open and monitor support tickets for technical issues:
* Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve vendor concerns
* Track issue status and follow up as needed
Support user access provisioning across multiple platforms:
* Create and manage user accounts
* Issue credentials and reset passwords
