Overview Join us to leverage your expertise in both vendor management and voice-over coordination, contributing to the seamless operation and success of our projects. Screen vendor applications and actively source new vendors to enhance service offerings. Negotiate terms, conditions, rates, time frames, and discounts with both new and existing vendors. Maintain and update vendor-related documentation and internal databases to ensure data accuracy. Prepare vendor-related documentation and presentations for internal use and stakeholder dissemination. Act as a liaison, assisting other departments with vendor-related queries and providing vendor support as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and process compliance. Prepare, score, and administer written translation tests for evaluating new vendors. Provide expert advice based on in-depth knowledge of the company’s main clients and market position. Manage the end-to-end production of voice-over requests for television and radio, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging standards. Coordinate global voice-over projects by working closely with VO talent, post-production teams, and the client service team. Streamline and improve processes for VO content production, ensuring efficiency and timely project completion. Build strong relationships with clients and agency client service teams, focusing on transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving. Utilise Microsoft Office and other tools for project management and communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Translation, Foreign Languages, Media Production, or a related field. Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, negotiations, and at least 1 year of experience in a production or post-production role in an advertising agency or sound studio environment. Strong understanding of the language services/translation industry and sound project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage tight deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a high degree of independence in managing tasks. A collaborative team player with well-developed interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to action.
