Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in a technical support or a similar client-facing technical role
Proven ability to manage and maintain strong vendor relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach
Collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
Professional presence with a positive and engaging demeanor
Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and go beyond assigned tasks
Hands-on experience running Snowflake scripts; proficiency with Tableau or Python is also acceptable

Skilled in designing workflows and streamlining processes using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using ServiceNow & Jira
Desired Skills:
Experience working in quick service restaurants (Pollo Tropical is also head quartered in SFL, Chick Fil A is in ATL- candidates might relocate)
Experience working for a quick service POS system (Xenial, Toast POS, Restroworks, SkyTab POS, SpotOn, and Lavu POS)
Experience managing a quick service franchise
