Vendor Program Manager
The Vendor Program Manager job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners in completing program requirements, maintaining the program and procedures, and reviewing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. 



Key Responsibilities and Duties

Oversees day-to-day activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance.

Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems.

Performs vendor management analysis for program reporting and metrics, and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.

Monitors the performance of vendors to ensure they meet the agreed-upon service levels and performs risk assessments on vendors to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with their services.

Performs Issues Management activities for any due diligence reviews resulting in identified gaps in vendor processes.

Oversees the Non-Traditional Vendor Program and completes program assessment reviews for adherence to EVPO Policy

Partners on Incident Management reporting and escalation to senior management team

Conducts training on program processes for internal consumer business units

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of work experience within vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience within vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance

Bachelor’s Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline

Masters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline

Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferred

Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies

Base Pay Range: $67,300/yr - $90,200/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
