About This Opportunity We’re building a best-in-class vendor management function and are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal—while ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and driving value across our vendor ecosystem. Responsibilities Own the contract process lifecycle: Draft, redline, negotiate, execute, renew, and terminate agreements. Serve as a subject matter expert on contract compliance, procurement workflows, and supplier governance. Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure alignment and mitigate risk. Review and manage diverse agreements, including MSAs, SaaS, SLAs, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments. Support supplier diversity initiatives through tracking, reporting, and program enhancements. Maintain accurate vendor and contract data using tools such as Oracle, Icertis, ServiceNow, Supplier.io. Drive process improvements to streamline procurement and enhance governance. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration. Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle and interpret legal/business terms. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Finance, IT, Procurement). Proficiency in contract management tools (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Icertis, ServiceNow). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SaaS, hardware/software, and professional services vendor governance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or related field. Familiarity with supplier diversity programs and reporting tools. Key Competencies: Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
