Are you ready to lead global clinical trial operations with impact? We’re seeking a seasonedVendor Alliance Lead (VAL)to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Vendor Alliances. This role is ideal for astrong project managerwith deepCRO experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage outsourced clinical activities across global External Relationship Management Teams (ERMTs)
Oversee IQVIA-managed studies (90%) and newly awarded smaller CROs
Drive supplier governance, issue resolution, and strategic partnerships
Collaborate directly with senior leadership, including Eileen Kelly, VP of the Vendor Program Group
Support RFP processes, contracting, and procurement activities
Ensure seamless trial execution and operational readiness across multiservice clinical programs
What We’re Looking For:
A “ready-now” leader withglobal experiencein clinical trial execution
Proven success inmultiservice trial operationsand vendor management
Expertise incontracting, procurement, and RFP processes
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage escalations
Experience in supplier due diligence and alliance strategy implementation
Additional Qualifications:
Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Requires 7 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Requires consolidated knowledge of Project management practices and terminology.
Requires good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
Requires broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic knowledge.
Requires good understanding of Clinical Research industry (drug/device/technology/etc.) and the relevant environments in which it operates.
Requires understanding of project finances.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
