\n\t\t\t\t\t•\tProvide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use Amazon as their freight distributor. \n•\tThey make sure they get the service that is due to them, customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems. \n•\tIf there is a missed pickup, their job is to research and ultimately resolve to ensure the freight is picked up. \n•\tThere is a report that comes out every morning which lists the missed pickups, the report will have some data points but there will be gaps that need to be problem solved using various tools, resources, data analysis and stakeholder communication to ultimately resolve the issue.\n•\tWill work through 50 vendors to start and expected to work through 175 8 weeks into the role.\n•\tMajority of communication will be in written form and less phone.\n\nInbound transport, managing scheduled pickups, re-routing hauls, resolving issues, data analysis, interacting with other people. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
