What will you do?Supervise and coordinate the activities of vendorsOversee Gameday operations in vending commissariesEnsure the quality of products and the accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed on the vendor sheetEnsure the appearance of the vending commissaries at all times; ensure that all workstations and storerooms remain clean.Maintain the level of inventory for vending commissaries throughout the shift, and order replacement stock as necessaryOversee and participate in vendor set-up and closing proceduresAnalyzes and resolves all guests' and team members' problems with the vending commissary leaders.

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldPrevious experience in food and beverage vending or other food service work is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with team members and prepare written reports after each eventAbility to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and planAbility to work effectively with others

Physical requirementsStanding and walking for the entire length of the shiftFrequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bend, and squatPushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, stock, mops, and broomsAble to lift up to 40 lbs.
