In this position...  The main responsibility of this section is to lead all product development aspects of Vehicle Fuel Economy/EV Range Certification and Roadload Governance for US and (NA-Led) European programs. This includes leading the Official NA EPA and EU FE/Range certification process to achieve FE targets, while ensuring timely delivery to support launch timing. This position will provide ample opportunity to work on global cross-functional teams across multiple departments within the company. Position Responsibilities  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: + Lead all Global (NA LEA) Certification Plans and testing achieving Label Targets and Timing (as a matched pair with E&SC) + Lead the OK-to-Proceed process ensuring all programs are compliant across global applications + Develop and monitor FE Cert Plans cascading forecasts to all affected parties (VPSE, ESC, NML, Prgm Teams, Roush, VEV, etc) + Identify bottle necks in VEV and/or launch timing issues before they occur, leveraging VHCOS for real time CMMS updates + Facilitate vehicle throughput and cross-functional teamwork during the FE Cert process (MPG, R4C, APTL, SE&SE) to ensure timing targets are met + Lead cross functional issue resolution workstreams leveraging system engineering design principles, while managing the interface between the Program, ESC, VPSE, FSIM, VEV, IPTSE, VHE and VEME PAT during the certification process + Achieve FE Labels targets while delivering the labels on time (MP2-2), support OKTB < 10days + As matched pair with FoE VEME Roadload team, lead delivery of WLTP roadloads for FNA LVEA Eu Programs + Lead as VE NA SME - Parasitics and Roadload governance ensuring both internal Ford Polices and External Federal regulations are adhered to + Lead as VE FE Governance SME, ensuring NA FE Labeling and EU WLTP RL Governance Policies are adhered to. Internal and External + As matched pair with SE&SE: + Lead all PD aspects of Label and TRLHP governance. + Deliver FNA FE labels for all programs + Including non FNA LEA (FoE / China / AP) + Support Eu Homologation at APTL for all programs + Support COP testing with issue resolution for all programs + Lead and maintain all required PD documents for process and policy You'll have...
