Vehicle Testing Technician

Manufacture and instrument wire harnesses and break-out-boxes for vehicle level tests. Instrumentation of high voltage modules for vehicle level testing and prove-out Removal and Installation of High Voltage Components. Creation and maintenance of testing equipment. Follow pin-point test for vehicle troubleshooting. Install Prototype vehicle data acquisition, take data Maintenance of prototype vehicles. Software flashing and investigation of HV components. Trip support for hot and cold weather vehicle testing. Pack re-vials on all hybrid vehicles. You'll have… In depth knowledge of hybrid vehicle operation Ability to troubleshoot hybrid vehicles Ability to flash vehicle modules and utilize Canalyzer, data collection tool Self-motivated and eager to take responsibility and deliver results.
