Vehicle Personalization Events Specialist

This position will be responsible for the oversight and activation of events that Ford Performance Parts and Accessories participates in by taking direction from leadership and ensuring all details are completed correctly and on time for event success. Events may include NADA, Carlisle, FoxFest, Woodward Dream Cruise, Brand Team event integrations, Dealer Meeting and SEMA. Success in this role requires attention to detail, sense of urgency, clear communication problem solving skills and an ability to travel as needed. 

 

You'll have... 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects using Ford + behaviors

Strong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate event status and results regularly 

Embrace a work philosophy that drives success and supports Ford + behaviors

Estimated Travel: 30%

What you'll do...

Lead event planning meetings for Vehicle Personalization team for each required event including postmortem analyses 

Manage activation of events through direction provided by VP Marketing Manager

Coordinate all event logistics to include attendee lists, credentials, lodging, travel (as needed)

Ensure parts walls are maintained and updated for each use

Maintain Ford Performance Parts trailer to ensure parts and content is current and relevant

Lead procurement and delivery of team wearables, giveaways, event merchandise, etc. 

Create event books and ensure all participants are briefed on timing, expectations and messaging

Handle vehicle integration within shows including procurement, prep and shipment

Lead onsite activities for each event including set up and tear down as needed

Manage event calendar and ensure all support elements are completed and delivered to support event timing
