Come join our team. Our client is looking for a Vehicle Ops Specialist for a 4-month contract in Phoenix, AZ 85040.

Contract Duration: 4 Months What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
+ Entry of orders from AS400 to HQ2, Manual orders keyed into AS400 to move to HQ2.
+ Verification of vehicles to be transported via phone and email - contacting repo agents, dealerships, body shops, and residences.
+ Responding to emails throughout the day from various sources.
+ Dispatching of dealer units to carriers throughout the Midwest.
+ Communicating between clients, auction partners, and internal parties.
+ Attend team meetings, company meetings (remotely via TEAMS).
+ Contacting carriers for updates.
+ Heavy data entry.
+ Account owner for multiple accounts, ie, Ford, Honda, Mercedes.
