Vehicle Operations - Fulfillment Analyst

Vehicle Operations Fulfillment Analyst is crucial in overseeing North American supplier manufacturing from a supply chain, logistics perspective. This position demands strategic thinking, effective leadership, and the capability to manage multiple issues simultaneously across various plants and suppliers. 

You'll have... 

A bachelor's degree  5+ years of experience in in OEM or Tier1 company within the automotive industry Knowledge and deep understanding of Ford MP&L Supply Chain Operations New supplier evaluation and supplier development experience Familiarity with Supplier Delivery Performance (KPI) monitoring and improvement A strong understanding of Critical/Constraint Supplier Management A proven track record in supply chain operations (Inbound flows / Packaging / Outbound flows / Diversity / Demand & Supply planning / In-plant Logistic operations / Warehouse management) Well-versed with MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience in Large Data Handling/Management Bias for action in identifying and working to solve issues identified in the clear to build horizon.

Master's degree  Strong Data Analytical Skills to gather data from multiple sources to identify root causes, trends & insights and recommend operational improvements on Supplier Delivery Performance Strong storytelling capabilities with data to enable data driven decision making benefiting the organization Strong knowledge of Ford MP&L systems like CMMS, Super G, GCP, MCPV, etc Knowledge of Alteryx or similar data analysis tools desired

This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.

What you'll do...

As VO Fulfillment Analyst, you will have the immediate task of working with the Ascent and Pega tools in the workgroup. Leverage your sense of urgency and responsiveness to plant needs to protect the daily and weekly schedules.  Goal is to support existing operating plans and schedules without needing remix or incurring production losses. Act as change agent needing to find efficiencies in current state operations to allow the new tools to expand our horizon for evaluating supply risks. Empower you continuous improvement mindset to seek and mitigate premium costs.  Find ways to improve processes to lessen the need for premium; find the most cost-efficient means to support established production schedules, and lead initiatives to reduce premium costs to the company in collaboration with our MP&L Logistics organization. Provide communication and dimension of risk as needed to escalate to leadership as well as report on the issues with solutions and / or need for assistance. Work cross-functionally with other internal teams including purchasing, STA, SOT, Engineering, and plants. Manage critical suppliers and the accountability to Ford tier 1 expectations and Global Terms.
