The Vehicle Funding Administrator is responsible for posting funds received from lenders who financed vehicle purchases for Lithia retail customers. The role is responsible for providing stellar customer service as it relates to both the efficient identification and posting of data as well as the professional response to inquiries from the Lithia dealerships regarding those postings.
Location: Medford, OR (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:30 PST or 7:30am - 430pm PST)
Compensation Range: $18.00-20.00hr
Responsibilities
Operate company and specialized software programs, manufacturer websites, lender’s websites etc. to manage funding allocation for vehicle transactions.Make accurate and timely data entries and adjustments.Proactively communicate with your manager, team, and dealership personnel.Demonstrate personal accountability by taking ownership of errors and being a reliable team member.Strive to improve constantly by proposing solutions to challenges and process improvement opportunities.
