Job Description
Are you highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry? As an Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our vehicle repair process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for all vehicle maintenance needs, from battery and tire issues to complex mechanical and body damage. Your commitment to efficiency and excellent service will directly contribute to achieving daily objectives and delivering the end results expected by the Company.
Responsibilities
+ Manage all vehicle repairs including batteries, tires, glass, mechanical, and body damage.
+ Facilitate communication by handling daily email correspondence and maintaining a call log for vehicles in repair, expediting repairs, and updating reasons for delay.
+ Accurately receive or enter daily repair requests and efficiently dispatch work orders to technicians and contractors using Company's software.
+ Close out work orders and review Excel reports/data daily.
Essential Skills
+ Understanding of the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle damages/repairs is highly desirable.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with Manufacturer and Management level personnel.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
+ 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience.
Work Environment
After being onsite for the first 2-3 weeks of training, the position will become hybrid, with a schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days on-site in Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
