What You'll Do as: Vehicle Modification Technician

Prepare chassis frame for mounting and attaching sweeper body.Run, connect, and test all fluid and hydraulic lines.Build and install electrical lumens, harnesses, and lighting.Install couplings, fittings, and brackets to marry the sweeper body and chassis.Test sweeper to ensure the finished product meets Bucher specifications.Maintain the shop floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.Fabricating parts to meet custom builds.

Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

Electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge.Truck chassis modification and assembly.Ability to work independently.Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.Ability to think outside the box and be creative to meet goals and objectives.Software design knowledge would be advantageous.Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.Working knowledge of shop tools.Verbal and written communication skills.Welding and Fabrication experience.Able to obtain a passport.High School Diploma or equivalent.
