In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality vegetable seeds to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and retailers in the region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of local farming practices.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our vegetable seed productsConduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of our seedsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersProvide technical advice and support to customers on seed selection and cultivation practicesAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaignsAttend agricultural trade shows and events to represent the company and promote productsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market informationMeet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicatorsStay updated on the latest developments in vegetable seed technology and agricultural practices

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred2-3 years of experience in agricultural sales or a related fieldStrong knowledge of vegetable seeds, cultivation practices, and local agricultural trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven track record in sales and customer relationship managementProficiency in sales and marketing techniquesAbility to provide technical advice on seed selection and cultivation practicesFamiliarity with vegetable varieties suitable for the Moroccan climateBasic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareFluency in Arabic and French; English is a plusValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the regionResults-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
